Uh oh, it looks like the stakes just went up for Yeon-woo. GI and Seo are pressing him on his credentials from the inside and someone on the outside has more than a suspicion that he is faking something, he actually has a bit of evidence. Yeon-woo will have to win this man’s case if he wants him to keep quiet.
Complete music list for the Korean drama Suits. We will upload the OST’s as they are released; the background music list is mostly community based, so if you hear a song that you want then leave a comment with the episode, time, and a little description of what was happening (ex. Episode 2, 05:23, when that guy tripped and fell into the coffee shop and there was a time warp to the 80’s where a song played on a girl’s walkman across the street, what song was that?).
Yeon-woo lost the mock court case, which seems like it might be a big deal because these lawyers are the best and do not like losers. Besides that, I feel like we are starting this episode with a clean slate. All the cases have been nicely tied up so far and the only connecting piece is that little tidbit that Yeon-woo isn’t actually a lawyer.
Uh oh, Yeon-woo is in a bit of trouble with his mock court case. Seo pulled a fast one on him which left Yeon-woo completely unprepared. It looks like he will have to use all the knowledge from the cases he has worked on to get him through.
Suits is coming together. The rookie has helped solve two important cases for the company and brought one high profile client to the firm. Love is also brewing between him and the paralegal. I’m looking forward to whatever case they have going this week.
Yeon-woo successfully solved his first case and also managed to pull a huge client to the law firm. However, I sense a lot of trouble for him if he doesn’t listen to what Kang-suk says and basically ignore everything about Gun-sik or anyone else who is out to ruin his law career.
Today and tomorrow only, we are live recapping Suits during My Ajusshi’s one week hiatus! I really enjoyed the first two episodes of Suits. I wonder if every week will present a new pro-bono case for Yeon-woo to work on or if he will start to integrate himself into the high money cases as well?
I really enjoyed the clean crisp look of the first episode of Suits. Actually, the cinematography reminded me of a sharp dressed man in a clean suit. Is this drama pre-produced? Because it would be wonderful to keep this look throughout. As for the storyline so far, I have no complaints. It takes a bit of suspended disbelief on my part to believe all the circumstances that led Yeon-woo to work for Kang-suk (same with the US version), but it’s a tiny thing so I will just roll with it.
We are excited for the premier of Suits so we are moving it to the aftercap spot. We will recap Switch right after Suits as a quickcap. We aren’t sure if we will keep it like this, but let’s see how it goes today. If all goes well then that will be the new Wednesday/Thursday lineup for us. ^_^
Suits premiers this week (April 24th) to a lot of fanfare and is the most high-profile show to premier since My Ajusshi. Suits is possibly even more high-profile because I have been hearing about it for forever and a day of tiny updates on twitter. It is fitting that Suits and My Ajusshi will be competing for the same audience on Wednesdays and Thursdays, though My Ajusshi has already built up a loyal following that I am very happy to be apart of. I am still super excited for Suits though, so here is all you need to know about it!
