Now that Grand Prince and Pretty Noona has ended, we are trying out live recapping Mistress. Today will be the first time we live recap Mistress in our aftercap format (where we start recapping a show after it has already started airing for the day). Hopefully it goes well!
I don’t know how they pack so many twists and turns into each episode, but they somehow manage it! There is still a back and forth with who killed who. But in this episode we find out how everything is connected and it is not what I was expecting at all.
SY is the detective that detectives try to be. She is on the move and solving this case. The problem is, she has a lot of people that want something from her and she doesn’t even know who all these people are. HY’s story line is starting to make sense. At first it was all over the place off in it’s own land. But now it ties right in with ES’s storyline. JW is the only one that is out in her own storyline now. She has two big revelation this episode that ES tries to help her out with. We also see how her storyline might fit in with the other ones as well.
So it turns out that SH might not actually be what we think he is and SY might actually be a pretty good detective if trained well. She is able to figure out several things today which leads to a big, huge, revelation. JW is still on the hunt for whoever sent her that usb, and she just might have found them with HY’s help. And ES is still traipsing all around Seoul with the son next to her. But another person is introduced into that case which introduces a whole nother side to things.
So many revelations today. We are forming a lot of connections as we try to understand what is going on. The bulk of the revelations today come from Se-yeon’s storyline, but Eun-soo finds out quite a bit herself. And we, as audience members, know a lot more than all the ladies. But we are still left in the dark on many things. Confusing, I know! But the show manages to pull it all together nicely.
We are starting to get some clues as to who the man in the box is. We still don’t know how he got to that pond, though. The hairdresser is getting even more suspicious in this episode, though she only has one major scene, that scene is very intriguing.
I am all about Mistress lately, cough….since last week…cough. So, I have scrounged around the internet looking for other things about it. I love OCN’s blog because they basically have all that I need all in one spot. I posted about the script reading earlier, which gave each key member a spotlight photo. Today is for the press conference.
I was amazingly impressed with OCN’s newest show, Mistress. It blew my mind in the best way possible and has me itching to get to next week. The first two episodes of this drama were so amazingly good in a very unexpected way. So please indulge me a rewind as I find all the pre-premier information and publish it here, starting with the script reading.
This show just got even better! Ahh~, this episode was so good! It has this creepy crawly feeling to it, like it is a horror story, but it isn’t so much scary, as it is eerie. I think this show is best classified as a psychological thriller because it is really mental and it really has me wondering what is going on. I love it.
Wow, the first episode of Mistress is crazy intriguing. We watched it this morning before recapping Grand Prince, and just finished it. I am so pumped to watch the next episode, it’s ridiculous.
