I don’t know about you, but I am ready for 60 FULL minutes of cuteness. Or if you saw the preview yesterday, 59 minutes of cuteness and 1 minute of angst. Hopefully only 1 minute of angst…pretty please.
I love how the problem solving our heroes are encountering is very grounded in reality. It doesn’t feel fake or artificial in the way they are solving the problems, or even in the way that they are introduced to the problems. Yoon-ji is definitely more interested in solving this mystery than the other two heroes are though. I wonder if it will come back to bite her in the butt.
Y’all, today couldn’t get here fast enough! I think I was in a puddle of my own feelings after the last two episodes and I have been WAITING to find out what happens this week. I’ve tried to keep it together, but my heart has suddenly grown 3 sizes. I’m like the Grinch Who Stole Christmas except I would be the Grinch who already loved the Who’s in Whooville but my heart still grew 3 sizes anyway. Or maybe I’m more like Horton Hears a Who? Just nobody mention The Velveteen Rabbit, I’m barely holding it together as it is. Okay, now I’m just rambling. Let’s get to it!
With our last episode of Accidental Heroes, we found out that the Joon-young has possibly two weaknesses. One is that his heart beats fast around Yoon-ji or women in general, and two is that his heart beats fast when dreaming about the murder mystery that brought our team together in the first place.
I am a magazine junky y’all. I really shouldn’t search the webs for stuff or I will get stuck in a time loop of content. Well that happened this morning and I found some lovely little films that a few magazines put on their websites. These videos are Mini fashion films shot for the Korean magazines Marie Claire, L’Officiel Hommes, Elle, and Vogue. I especially love the Vogue Modern Family one. Can they turn that into a real show already?
Okay, here is our second go at er’day recapping a drama as it airs. Ain’t gonna lie, it was hard to wake up. But this drama is super cute and intriguing so my impending love for it would not just let me sleep in. ^_^
You know how every year you get super excited about your New Years resolution so you do too much? We are there right now. I don’t know if we are in over our heads, but we wanted to hit the ground running this year so we are picking up another drama to live recap. We wanted to see if we could do one a day in the morning before starting our regular workday and 6 am shows are perfect for this. Longing Heart is only 8 episodes so we won’t be at this breaking dawn er’day recap-a-thon for too long though. My brain, hands, and heart can only take so much y’all.
In the last episode of Unexpected Heroes, we left off after establishing where our heroes will be living and with our heroes figuring out what powers they all have (and at least one heroes weakness). For some reason Joon-young’s heart beats fast whenever he is around Yoon-ji, or perhaps whenever he is around any girl, which I would consider a potential weakness. It will be hard to rescue a girl if your heart goes crazy every time you are around one, amirite?
Hopefully the secretary isn’t done for! Don’t do that to me show! If he is done for, can he at least come back as a good ghost and not a zombie? Pretty please?
Hello Loves! We left off on the last Unexpected Heroes at the high school where our new heroes are going to school. The three all arrive at the school at the exact same time and the episode cut off at that point. Today I am assuming that our three students will get to know each other and find out about their individual gifts. Let’s get into it.
